What is PPL?

Professional Personnel Leasing, Inc. (known as PPL) has been serving California Community Colleges since 1978. Our Board of Directors consists of five working members who:

  • fill temporary vacancies with interim administrators
  • assist districts in conducting all aspects of executive searches and selection procedures, according to district, state and federal policies and regulations
  • develop Educational Master Plans for colleges and/or districts
  • provide educational/management consultants for special projects, such as
      o management studies, including the development of sound processes
      o board workshops, development of policies and procedures
      o accreditation support
      o goal setting and evaluation
      o most areas where administrative experience and expertise are needed
